ABOUT THE EVENT

What more could go wrong?  There’s been a data breach, there’s a harassment suit in play from a past employee who is accusing the CEO of improper conduct, the CFO is accused of fraud – the media are on the phone, the comms team have quit, customers want to know what of their information has been leaked and what the company is doing about it.

How do we handle simultaneous threats to the business’ reputation and ability to function? Has the trust gone forever or can the situation be salvaged? What should the board be doing and who is to blame?  Join AmCham to hear the scenario and consider the steps that must be taken to mitigate ALL the risks when the unthinkable occurs.
