Entrepreneurial Thinking – The Value of Cognitive Diversity

About the Webinar

We are living through the most unpredictable and challenging time in recent history.

Whether you are a start-up or a well-established business, the impacts of COVID -- including the limitations on travel and supply chains and increasingly rapid developments in disruptive technology -- are impacting every aspect of our lives and the way we conduct business.

The pressures being exerted require a mindset of agility, creativity, and innovative thought to address these challenges, identify internal and external opportunities and construct creative solutions into business value.

Business leaders and organisations which recognize this skill and support employees to develop their entrepreneurial potential and promote creative thinking and a “growth” mindset become more adept at embracing change and turning setbacks into valuable opportunities.

Our expert panelists will outline the factors which define high entrepreneurial thinking, and the processes businesses of any size can implement to help strengthen their human capital, cognitive diversity and competitiveness.
