Karine Delvallée

Karine Delvallée joined BNP Paribas in 1993 as a Relationship Manager for Corporate clients. From 1998 Karine worked in several roles in Europe and Asia across various business lines including Energy and Commodities, eventually becoming the Head of Energy and Commodities Finance Credit Management in 2009. In 2011 she moved to the RISK Team as Head of RISK, Corporate APAC based in Hong Kong. In 2015 she was promoted to Chief Risk Officer, Asia Pacific, with a team of 200 people, managing all types of risk across all client segments and sitting on BNP Paribas’ RISK Global Executive Committee. In October 2019 Karine relocated to Australia to become Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand, BNP Paribas. In her more than 25 years in the banking industry, Karine has been involved with credit and risk for over 20 years and held key decision-making powers for the majority of this time.

During her 25-year cultural management consulting career, Emma Dunch has worked with more than 125 cultural organizations in the United States, the U.K., and Australia, and served in leadership capacities in every artistic discipline. She is a respected authority on leadership, strategy, finance, and fundraising for culture and has presented internationally on these topics. In 2018, after 20 years living and working in New York City, she returned to Australia to join the Sydney Symphony Orchestra as its Chief Executive Officer to lead it through a period of unprecedented change while the Sydney Opera House is closed for renovations.

Social entrepreneur, Ali Green, is CEO and co-founder of #1 fastest growing independent Australian book publisher, Pantera Press. She co-founded the company in 2008, at the age of 22. Green is 2019 Sydney Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Media/PR) and was named one of Australia’s 100 Most Influential Women by Westpac and the Australian Financial Review for exemplifying, through Pantera Press, the trend towards integrating business and social good. Ali is a Harvard Business School Alumna and sits on a number of industry committees and boards including Writing NSW (Director) and the Pantera Press Foundation (Director). She was also chosen as one of the top 20 young leaders in philanthropy in 2013 and again in 2015 for Philanthropy Australia's study tours to USA, and UK/EU.

Alison is a passionate, insightful thought leader on all aspects of change and transformation, transition and inclusion, with deep expertise in career transition, ageing workforce and gender equality. Alison is known for the energy, humour and incisiveness she brings as a conference chair, presenter, panellist and facilitator. Having begun her career in the US in hospitality and quality management, Alison joined the UK Human Resources sector in the mid-nineties, subsequently relocating to Australia and finding a natural place for her skills and strengths in the career transition (outplacement) industry. A highlight of this time was developing and leading the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games career transition program for 2500 people. In 2004, Alison co-founded Sageco (now RiseSmart), then a niche consultancy in ageing workforce and mature-age transition. She directed a number of industry leading ageing workforce projects including the Federal Government Corporate Champions program. Having led Sageco for 13 years, achieving year-on-year growth and expanding solutions to include career and executive transition, Alison lead the company acquisition by Randstad in late 2016, to become part of the global RiseSmart brand.
