Preeti Bajaj, CEO, The Adecco Group Australia & New Zealand and Managing Director, Modis Australia
Preeti joined The Adecco Group in 2020, bringing her diverse expertise in business development, general management, operations, strategy, and transformation from a mix of companies including Brookfield Multiplex, Metcash (Top 100 ASX), Intuit Real Estate Solutions, Vision Software and Schneider Electric.
She has built a name for strategic transformation, commercial intelligence, and growth, with experience spanning ASX listed and ambitious start-ups. Her experience spans software, construction, retail, and industrial technology and in 2011 Preeti won the AFR’s Young Executive of the Year award. In 2017 she was awarded the Scholarship for the Authentic Leadership Program to Harvard by Chief Executive Women. Preeti has a MBA in Finance and Masters of Applied Finance and is passionate about diversity and actively supports emerging leaders.
Preeti is a Non-Executive Director for Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, member of the Champions of Change Coalition as a Microsoft Partner and is Governor of AmCham NSW.
In her current role as CEO of The Adecco Group Australia & New Zealand Preeti overseas the entire brand portfolio including Adecco, Spring Professional, Lee Hecht Harrison and General Assembly and she is also the Managing Director, Modis Australia. With a focus on skilling, technology and innovation and workforce solutions, The Adecco Group enables lifelong and sustainable employability for individuals and empowers organisations to optimise their workforces.
Liz Dibbs, Western City District Commission, Western Sydney Commission, Chair, United Way Australia, Director, National Portrait Gallery and Deputy Chancellor, Western Sydney University
Liz Dibbs is a non-executive director in the government and for-purpose sectors. She is Deputy Chancellor of Western Sydney University and Chair of its Audit & Risk Committee, Chairman of United Way Australia and a Governor of the Centenary Institute of Cancer Medicine and Cell Biology. She was the President of YWCA NSW from 2007-2011 and a director of YWCA Australia from 2009 to 2013. Liz has also previously served as a Council Member of Chief Executive Women and Chair of its Scholarship Committee.
Liz was a partner and General Counsel of PwC until 2005 and also previously worked with major law firms Mallesons Stephen Jaques (Sydney) and Linklaters & Paines (London).
Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law (University Medal) from Sydney University and a Master of Laws (Hons1) from Cambridge University.
Jacinta Nampijinpa Price, Deputy Mayor, Alice Springs
Jacinta Nampijinpa Price is a proud Territorian, former small business owner, former Director of Indigenous Research at the Centre for Independent Studies, a spokesperson for Advance Australia, a Sky News Political Commentator, contributor to The Australian and the Daily Telegraph and until recently served as Deputy Mayor of Alice Springs Town Council. Jacinta has for many years advocated against domestic violence and the need for positive cultural change. Throughout the platforms of television, visual art, music, women’s AFL and local government, Jacinta has worked with a number of initiatives to empower young Indigenous children, girls and women.
Marc Luet, Citi Country Officer, Australia and Cluster Head Australia and New Zealand, Citi Australia
Marc Luet assumed the role of Citi Country Officer for Australia and Cluster Head for Australia and New Zealand on 13th August, 2019. In this role, he is responsible for Citi’s business in Australia, including developing and implementing the business strategy, fostering successful client relationships at all levels of the organisation, managing risk and controls, and protecting and enhancing Citi’s reputation in Australia. Marc is a member of Citi’s Asia Pacific Management Committee and reports to Tim Monger, Interim CEO, Asia Pacific.
Prior to this role, Marc was the Division Head for Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Israel, Turkey and Poland based in London. From 2014 until 2017, Marc Luet was Citi Division Head for Central and Eastern Europe. He took this role after 3,5 years of serving as a head of Citicorp Consumer and Commercial Banking for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and an Interim Head for GCMIO when he rejoined Citi back in June 2010.
Marc has over 20 years of retail and cards experience. He was previously at Visa, where he served as President for CEMEA, an area covering 80 geographies, from 2008 to 2010. Marc was responsible for Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Regulatory Affairs for the region. He was also a member of the Operating Committee of Visa Inc.
Prior to Visa, Marc was CEO of Consumer Finance and Retail International for Fortis Group from 2005 to 2008 and CEO of Egg France from 2002 to 2005. Prior to 2002, he spent 12 years at Citi where he held several Marketing, Risk and Operations positions in Europe and North America before becoming the Consumer Business Manager in Hungary and then Belgium.
Marc has a BSc in Economics from the Panthéon Sorbonne University, is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. Marc is a member of the USRBC Board.
