A Joint collaboration between the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham); Australia China Business Council (ACBC); Australian British Chamber of Commerce (ABCC); Australian Indian Business Chamber (AIBC) and French Australian Chamber of Commerce (FACCI)

South Australia is sure to be affected by changes in the global economy in 2020: Brexit, free trade agreements, the China/US trade tensions, and the US Presidential election – what does this mean South Australia? Where are the opportunities and what are the supports in place to maintain and grow prosperous relationships with our largest trade and Investment partners? Although China is Australia's largest trading partner, the US is the largest foreign investor, and the UK is second. Several French companies have been establishing business operations in Adelaide in Defence and Cyber with India being an elusive golden opportunity.

NEW SPEAKER: David Larkin, AM, CEO Hancock Agriculture.

To complement our panel speakers, we are excited to announce a David Larkin AM, CEO of Hancock Agriculture will share his views on our export market, diversification and the impact of global events.

In addition to his own business, David spent six years as Chairman of the Australian Meat Industry Council.  During his term as AMIC chair he played important roles in developing trade access agreements and removing trade barriers for Australian beef in emerging markets like China, as well as the US, Japan and Korea.
