About the Webinar

Many experts believe that workplace diversity should be top of mind for corporate leaders as they strive to rebuild after the pandemic.

Data has shown benefits result from fostering a stronger diversity and inclusion (D&I) culture. The momentum of movements such as #MeToo in 2018 and #BlackLivesMatter in 2020 is clearly growing. Organisations today must strive to identify and address potential issues before they lead to damage to the workforce, the brand, the leadership and shareholder value. At the same time, as society aims to #BuildBackBetter, how can companies be sure D&I considerations are not sidelined? Will companies do more than just “tick a box” as they emerge from this disruption?

Come and join this interactive webinar as our speakers engage in honest and open conversations and bring together members of the Australian, New Zealand and American business communities.
