Angus Bean | Chief Product Officer at DroneShield (ASX:DRO)
Angus Bean is the Chief Product Officer at DroneShield (ASX:DRO). Since joining in 2016, he has scaled the company’s Technology team to over 250 engineers and specialists, delivering globally deployed counter-uncrewed systems (C-UxS). He leads DroneShield’s Technology and AI strategy, driving the integration of mechanical systems, electronics, software, and digital interfaces into mission-focused solutions.
Recognised as a finalist for Defence Connect’s Defence Executive of the Year (2024) and Defence Engineer of the Year (2019), Angus is a technology leader shaping the future of AI-driven defence innovation worldwide

Amy List | Managing Director at Boeing
Amy List was appointed managing director of Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) in February 2024. In this role, List leads the BDA businesses, capabilities and functions at the organisation’s 13 Australian sites.
Her duties include establishing and executing new and existing programs, achieving business objectives, and implementing corporate strategies that position Boeing’s Australian defence activities for continued success.

Alastair MacGibbon | Chief Strategy Officer at CyberCX
Alastair is Australia’s foremost cyber security leader, and is the Chief Strategy Officer at CyberCX.
Following a 15-year career as a Federal Agent in the Australian Federal Police, where he established Australia’s High Tech Crime Centre, Alastair held senior cyber security and safety roles across the private sector, including head of eBay’s Asia Pacific Trust & Safety team.
Upon returning to public service, Alastair was appointed Australia’s inaugural eSafety Commissioner, before going on to roles as National Cyber Security Adviser, head of the Australian Cyber Security Centre and Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on Cyber Security.

Robert Nioa | Executive Chairman and Group CEO at NIOA
Rob Nioa is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of the NIOA Group. The NIOA Group of companies includes NIOA Australia, NIOA New Zealand, NIOA UK, the Australian Missile Corporation, Barrett (USA) and joint venture company, Rheinmetall NIOA Munitions.
NIOA is the largest Australian-owned supplier of firearms, weapons and munitions to the Australian and New Zealand defence forces, law enforcement community and licensed firearms dealer network. The group’s Barrett operation is the primary supplier of long-range sniper systems to the US military and exports to 75 US Department of State approved countries around the world.
