Despite the pressing issues of Ukrainian sovereignty, soaring energy prices, and potential foreign interference in upcoming elections, the Morrison and Biden Administrations were able to meet recently in Melbourne with counterparts from Japan and India to focus attention on the Quad. focused on pressing regional challenges from vaccine distribution to countering economic coercion, while also promoting cooperation on cyber and critical technologies.
