Australia's Innovation Opportunity is Now
Australia and the United States have entered a new era, one that will be defined by innovation and collaboration.
The Indo-Pacific is the world's most dynamic region. Over the next decade, technology standards, safeguards, speed, and supremacy will determine how businesses operate and interact for the next century. Artificial intelligence, clean energy technologies, quantum computing, and space are among the key sectors that will shape our future national security and economic prosperity.
AmCham is calling for expressions of interest
to join an immersive and engaging experience - the 2023 Innovation Trade Mission. This deep-dive into the innovation ecosystems of Silicon Valley, California and Denver, Colorado will give delegates unique opportunities and unparalleled access to pioneers on the technological frontiers. This program will provide members with the chance to look around corners to identify trends, explore technologies, build relationships, and generate partnerships.
The Innovation Trade Mission follows on from the second annual AmCham Alliance Summit in Washington DC and New York, which recently returned to Australia after engaging deeply with the White House National Security Council, Biden Administration, Congress, US Chamber of Commerce, and senior stakeholders in policy and industry.
Led by Boeing President (Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific) Maria Fernandez and Google Vice President (Government and Public Policy Asia Pacific) Michaela Browning, the delegation heard from a range of government leaders and industry titans, and one message stood clear - Australia has never been held in such high regard in the United States.
One hundred years of mateship, a thriving economic relationship, and generational investments in the future of the alliance have culminated in the most advantageous position in history for Australian businesses to engage with the world's largest economy. The time is now to capitalise on the momentum of the alliance and visit the epicentre of innovation and invention.
