Premier Allan was elected to Parliament in 1999 as Member for Bendigo East, becoming the youngest ever elected female parliamentarian in Victoria.
She is proud to represent the Bendigo region in the Victorian Parliament. As Member for Bendigo East, she has overseen many changes and tremendous growth in Bendigo.
Premier Allan was sworn in as Victoria’s 49th Premier on 27 September 2023. She was previously the Deputy Premier of Victoria, Minister for Transport Infrastructure and Minister for the Suburban Rail Loop.
Premier Allan is married and has two young children who attend the local primary school in her neighbourhood.
